The scenery was breathtakingly beautiful and peaceful. The food was top-notch, tasted amazing and every meal we had was delicious. The staff was friendly, very helpful, and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities to keep us entertained.
Although the hotel had a beautiful and luxurious facility, we felt that the food safety practice could have been better. We noticed some lapses in hygiene which took away from the overall experience.

I had the most amazing experience in Halong Bay, staying in a quiet new developed area near a quiet beach. the room was beautiful and clean, providing the most comfortable stay I've had in Vietnam. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. the food was absolutely delicious, with various options to choose from. the itinerary was well-organized and full of value, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful scenery from the room and sundeck. I also had the opportunity to make new friends during the trip. It was truly a memorable experience.
There was a lack of food safety practice in other big establishments near the hotel.

The scenery from the room and outside the hotel was breathtaking and added to the overall experience. the food was exceptional and we enjoyed various activities throughout our stay. the itinerary was well, planned and executed efficiently. the staff was very accommodating and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our trip. Best aspects: Our room had a great view and was located in a quiet, new area near a beautiful beach. the food was diverse, delicious, and well, prepared.
it was a great experience and we would highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the surrounding scenery. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location, in a quiet new developed area near a quiet beach, was perfect for a relaxing getaway.
